Message	The AP rotor is much larger and dosen't have nearly as many slots whichmeans more surface area. My guess is these are for show and don't stop well. Titanium is not a forgiving material. With racing discs (such as AP) the pad is tougher than the rotor and the friction of stoping your car is from grinding the rotor to death. In the case of the titanium rotor your limited to the friction of the pad only.
